The Committee meets on the second Thursday of every month.

Committee Membership

• City of Mandurah Councillors
• Representatives from the City of Mandurah, WA Police, Main Roads WA, School P&C, School Drug Education and Road Aware, WALGA RoadWise Program and the Mandurah community.

Projects/Issues

• Arrive Alive Christmas Campaign, which includes an emergency services procession through the CBD; speeches; activities by the foreshore and City entry and exit road safety signage.
• Please Slow Down Consider Our Kids Bin Stickers Project - Free stickers have been distributed to schools, child care centres and the community. 
• Ongoing promotion of the major contributing factors to road crashes in WA (drink driving, speeding, non use of seatbelts and restraints and fatigue) at events throughout the year including Blessing of the Roads, White Ribbons for Road Safety and public displays in libraries and shopping centres. 
• Use of speed display trailer throughout the year at various sites and events.
