Meeting Dates

The Shire of Denmark RoadWise Committee meets bi-monthly at the Shire of Denmark.

Committee Membership

• Shire of Denmark Councillors;
• Shire of Denmark staff; and
• Representatives from the WA Police, the Department of Health, WALGA RoadWise Program, Main Roads WA, St John Ambulance Service, Denmark District High School, Senior Citizens and community members.

• Crash Trailer Project  - The Denmark RoadWise Committee launched the crash trailer on 10 December at the Christmas pageant to highlight the need for care on our roads, especially by younger drivers. The crash trailer has been a joint project involving students from Denmark High School in designing and making the trailer and local youth in the design and application of the spray art work. The project aimed to engage local youth in a road safety project and to promote responsible attitudes to driving.
