Meeting Dates

The Committee meets on an “as needs” basis.

Committee Membership

• Representatives from the Rottnest Island Authority, Rottnest Police, Main Roads WA, Rottnest Bus Drivers and personnel from the Rottnest Bike Hire.

Projects/Issues

• The Committee is focussed on changes to the road marking and direction of traffic flow to ensure the conflict between buses and cyclists is minimised. This has involved extensive road safety auditing on the island and trialling of a new contra -flow system.
