Towards Zero & The Safe System Approach

Towards Zero helps all of us to recognise that road deaths and injuries can be prevented if we make the conscious decision to give road safety the priority it deserves. The safety of WA depends on sharing responsibility and implementing the initiatives of Towards Zero together. Towards Zero is built on the globally–recognised Safe System approach that benefits all road users by identifying strategies for safe road use; safe roads and roadsides; safe speeds; and safe vehicles.
