Wanneroo
The City of Wanneroo covers an area of 655 square kilometres, has 1,060km of sealed roads, and a population of approximately 108,503 in over 56,751 residential dwellings.

The RoadWise Committee meets on the third Wednesday of every month.
Committee Membership
- Representatives from the City of Wanneroo, the WA Police, Main Roads WA, Fire and Emergency Services, RoadWise Program and the Wanneroo community.
Projects/Issues
- Driver Reviver
Wanneroo Driver Reviver site is located on Wanneroo Road 8kms north of the Yanchep/Two Rocks Rd turnoff. Volunteers have been running the site for more than 10 years.. This has made a huge difference in the comfort of volunteers and visitors and has increased the hours the site is able to run. The caravan can often be seen at other road safety community events within the City of Wanneroo. Funding from the Community Road Safety Grants Program for a custom built caravan in January 2009. The Committee is currently finalising the last few structural components of the caravan and is anticipating that it will be ready for Easter 2011 long weekend. - Blessing of the Roads
The Blessing of the Roads campaign runs annually and aims to remember those who have lost their lives in road crashes, recognise those who work in reducing road trauma and remind all road users to be safe on the roads. - Caravan/trailer checks
Started due to a frightening amount of incidents involving caravans, these checks are run twice a year at the City of Wanneroo’s Ashby depot. With the help of the RAC, Transport and others, this event has become a vital component in the City of Wanneroo’s contribution to safer vehicles.
