The City of Nedlands covers an area of 20.6 square kilometres, has 147km of sealed roads, and a population of approximately 21,338 in over 8,000 residential dwellings.  

The City attends Western Suburbs Community Safety Coordinators meetings.

Speed display trailer
The city uses an electronic speed display trailer that indicates to a driver the speed at which they are travelling and provides visual feedback, for example “well done” or “slow down” to reduce travel speeds in the local area.
