How to apply
- Identify road safety issues in your area. Speak to either a Regional Road Safety Officer or local Police to discuss these issues. Use data to identify the causes of crashes in your area.
- Find out what has been done in other areas to address these issues.
- Find out more about the road safety issue/s of concern.

- Obtain the support of relevant organisations for your project.
- Contact your local Regional Road Safety Officer to discuss your project.
- Fill out an application form. The application must be sited by the RoadWise Officer, RoadWise Committee or Regional Road Safety Coordinating Committee in your area and read the grant conditions.

It is a condition of grant funding that the funding source is acknowledged see the attached Acknowledgement of Funds document.
It is a condition of grant funding that a final evaluation report and acquittal for monies received and spent are submitted 12 months after the project start date.
